They’re add-ons for a Deep Clean. Both are included automatically in a Move-In / Move-Out Clean.
Yes, every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 2 months or 3 months. Many customers alternate: a Deep Clean every few months with Standard Cleans in between.
Pick up clutter, toys and laundry so your cleaner can reach the surfaces, baseboards and floors. Everything else is on us. All supplies and equipment are included.
