Standard is the lowest price per visit. A Deep Clean adds detail work, and a Move-In / Move-Out Clean adds the inside of cabinets, drawers and appliances.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
Each bedroom and bathroom adds time. Half baths are priced separately from full baths.
Square footage
From studios and condos up to homes of 6,000 square feet on the booking page. Larger homes get a direct quote.

Recurring service is the best value, and new recurring customers save $100 over their first year.
How the services compare on price
Standard Clean: the lowest price per visit. Built for homes that are cleaned regularly, and the service most recurring customers choose.
Deep Clean: priced higher because it takes longer. It adds hand-detailed baseboards, tile and grout, hood vents, windowpanes and walls.
Move-In / Move-Out Clean: our most thorough clean, for empty homes. It adds the inside of every cabinet, drawer, fridge, freezer and oven, plus closets and garage floors.
